The human colon cancer cell lines, SW620 and 293T, were purchased from the China Center for Type Culture Collection. Cells were incubated in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (both Gibco; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.), 100 U/ml penicillin and 100 U/ml streptomycin in a 5% CO2 incubator at 37°C. When the cells reached 70% confluence at the logarithmic growth phase, they were used for the experimental study.
