The PCR products were visualized through 0.8% agarose gel electrophoresis containing 0.5 μg/mL ethidium bromide using 1 kb DNA ladder (Thermoscientific, Waltham, MA, USA) [15]. Purification of the PCR products was carried out using the GeneJET™ PCR Purification kit (Fermentas, Waltham, MA, USA) at Sigma Scientific Services Company, Egypt.
