The background database was manually curated. Gene expression data and relapse free and overall survival information were downloaded from GEO, EGA and TCGA. The two patient cohorts were compared by a Kaplan-Meier survival plot, and the hazard ratio with 95% confidence intervals and log-rank P value are calculated 17. The Kaplan-Meier plotter was available at https://kmplot.com/analysis/.
