BNL CL.2 normal mouse liver cells (2 × 103 cells/well) were treated with si-Ube2c for 72 h in 96-well plates. According to the manufacturer’s protocol, Cell Counting Kit-8 (C0037, Beyotime, Shanghai, China) was used to detect cell viability at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment. A microplate reader (MultiskanTM FC, Thermo Fisher Scientific) was used to measure the absorbance at 450 nm.
