Human TLR2-expressing HEK 293 cells (Invivogen) were incubated with anti-hDectin-1 mAb, Pam3CSK4, or anti-hDectin-1-Pam3CSK4 conjugate at indicated concentrations for 16h. Response was detected by reading the optical density (OD) at 655 nm according to manufacturer’s instruction.
