MDM2 and p53 plasmids

Mouse p53 and mouse Mdm2 pcDNA3.1 plasmids were previously described (Lee et al. 2015). The mCherry plasmid (pmCherry-C1) was also previously described (Werner et al. 1996). The mouse Mdm2 mutant plasmids were generated from the WT mouse Mdm2 plasmid using site-directed mutagenesis PCR as previously described (Nomura et al. 2017). The resulting Mdm2 mutant plasmids were verified by DNA sequencing prior to use. Mouse FLAG-MDM4 was a gift from Jean-Christophe Marine. Plasmids are listed in Supplemental Table S3.
