C57BL/6 (Jax 664), ChATBAC-eGFP (Jax 7902), ChATflox (Chattm1Jrs; Jax 16920), and YetCre-13 (Il13tm1(YFP/cre)Lky; Jax 17353) mice were purchased from the Jackson Laboratory and bred at Weill Cornell Medicine. Il7r-Cre mice (41) were bred at Weill Cornell Medicine. All mice used were between 6 and 16 weeks old, and age- and sex-matched littermates were used for each experiment. All mice were maintained under specific pathogen–free conditions and were used in accordance with the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee guidelines at Weill Cornell Medicine.
