RNA was extracted from mouse T cells using the RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (Qiagen). Complementary DNA (cDNA) was then converted, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed using the following FAM-conjugated primer-probe mixtures (Applied Biosystems): Csf2 (Mm01290062_m1), Ifng (Mm01168134_m1), Il17a (Mm00439618_m1), Tbx21 (Mm00450960_m1), Rorc (Mm01261022_m1), Il3 (Mm00439631_m1), Il6 (Mm00446190_m1), Il1b (Mm00434228_m1), Il10 (Mm01288286_m1), Il12rb2 (Mm01183807_m1), and Il23r (Mm00519943_m1). Values were normalized to VIC-conjugated glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) (Mm99999915_g1) and compared with control samples.
