Difference of Tumor-Infiltrating Immune Cells Between Groups Defined by the Signature in Bladder Cancer

Six types of tumor-infiltrating immune cells were retrieved from Tumor Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER) (https://cistrome.shinyapps.io/timer/), (Li et al., 2017) also known as a web server for comprehensive analysis of tumor-infiltrating immune cells. The abundance of immune cells was tested one by one to detect the differences between the prognostic classified risk groups using Wilcoxon test.
