Study approval.

The clinical study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. All animal care protocols and experiments were reviewed and approved by the Animal Care and Use Committees of the Laboratory Animal Research Center at Xiangya Medical School of Central South University. All mice were maintained in the specific pathogen-free facility of the Laboratory Animal Research Center at Central South University. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to bone marrow aspiration and collection.
