The level of VEGF in the culture medium of ECs cocultured with NPC-EXscon, NPC-EXssc, NPC-EXsanti-miR-210, or NPC-EXsmiR-210 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) according to the manufacturer's instructions (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA). The concentration of VEGF was calculated as pg/ml of culture medium. Each group was triplicated. The experiment was repeated four times.
