First, 30 mg of AAP-b2 was dissolved in 1 mL of deuterium oxide. The 1D NMR (1H and 13C) and 2D NMR (HSQC and COSY) spectra were recorded using a Bruker Avance III-500 spectrometer (Bruker, Rheinstetten, Germany) equipped with a cryogenic probe (Bruker, Prodigy BBO 500 S1).
