The packed cell volume (PCV) is measured by taking the percentage of red blood cell present in the blood. According to findings from physiological research, stress has an effect on red blood cells, which can be seen as an increase in red blood cell production [28]. The methods of measuring packed cell volume were followed by the previously published article by Mumu and Mustafa, 2022 [21].
