Cells (2.5 × 104) were inoculated with rMV-EGFP-SLAMblind at a MOI of 1 and cultured at 37 °C. At 2, 3 and 7 dpi, cell viability was determined using the WST-1 cell proliferation kit (Takara Bio Inc., Shiga, Japan) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The viability of infected cells was expressed as a percentage by comparison of the noninfected cells.
