2.7. Investigation of AFB1 Degradation under Different Catalytic Conditions

B. subtilis WJ6 cells were cultured for 48 h at 37 °C with a shaking speed of 200 rpm. The supernatant of B. subtilis WJ6 fermentation broth was obtained through centrifugation at 8000 rpm for 10 min at 4 °C. The effect of culture time on the degradation of AFB₁ was investigated using the supernatant added to a final AFB₁ concentration of 5 μg/mL during fermentation of 48 h. In addition, the effects of temperature and pH values on the AFB₁ degradation in the supernatant were also investigated to analyze the degradation efficiency of B. subtilis WJ6.
