The H9c2 cell injury model was induced by H/R. The cells were inoculated on 6-well plates and cultured using serum-free DMEM. The cells were then cultured in an incubator containing 1 % O2, 94 % N2, and 5 % NO for 4h, followed by an incubator containing 95 % air and 5 % NO for 6h. Normoxia was present in the control group.
