Using a mouse rotary rod fatigue apparatus (ZH-600B, Zhongshi, China, the mice were trained for 1, 2, and 3 min with speeds of 4, 10, and 30 rpm. During the test, the mice were placed on a rotating rod with an initial speed of 4 rpm and an acceleration of 20 rpm/min2 until a maximum speed of 40 rpm was reached. The speed and time of the rotating rod were recorded when the mice fell.
