Al-Noor Hospital is a specialist, secondary-level hospital serving a population of 364,255 inhabitants, with 565 beds and six different specialised medical centres. The sample size was calculated using a 95% confidence interval, a 5% margin of error, and an estimated sample of 218 patients.
