The 6-well plates where the treated cells (4 × 105/mL) were inoculated, were scratched to make vertical lines with a 10 μL pipette tip when cell growth reached 80–90 %. After 24 h, the scratch area was observed, and the cell mobility was calculated = (scratch distance0h - scratch distance24h)/scratch distance0h × 100 %.
