2.7. Expression validation of common key genes in validation sets

We analyzed the expression levels of common key genes in SCI and sham samples from the {"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE45006","term_id":"45006"}}GSE45006 and {"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE20907","term_id":"20907"}}GSE20907 datasets, respectively. The expression levels of key genes in the OA and control samples were compared using the {"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE103416","term_id":"103416"}}GSE103416 and {"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE42295","term_id":"42295"}}GSE42295 datasets, respectively. Comparisons between groups were performed using Student's t-test.
