To compare mean survival rates, mean developmental times, and mean growth rates among experimental conditions, a two-way ANOVA was performed, with Tukey tests as post-hoc tests (α = 0.05). The normal distribution of data was assessed by conducting a Shapiro–Wilk normality test. All analyses were conducted with SPSS Statistics v. 27. Details on the calculations of survival rate, developmental time, and growth rate are provided in File S1.
