According to previous experimental methods [29], Cells plated 24-well plates were fixed in paraformaldehyde, BrdU primary antibody was incubated (Abcam, Cambridge, MA, USA) with cells overnight. Finally, nuclei were stained by DAPI, and followed by imaging to select the field of vision.
