NOXAKO (GFP+) or NOXAOE cells (GFP+) and control tumor cells (mCherry+) were mixed at a 1:1 ratio with control or CAR T cells. The change in the GFP+/ (GFP+ + mCherry+) ratio in the mixed cells was detected by flow cytometry over time.
