Student’s t test, Mann‐Whitney U test, one‐way nalysis of variance (ANOVA) and Friedman’s test were used for continuous variables. If significant differences by ANOVA were found, groupwise comparison was done (Tukey’s multiple comparison test). If significant differences were found by Friedman’s test, Dunn’s multiple comparisons test was used. Bars and error bars represent means of results and SE of the mean, respectively. All statistical tests were considered statistically significant when the p value was below 0.05. Statistical analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism V.8.1.0.
