2.9 Hematological Analysis

After each toxicity study, animals were given anesthesia using the 2–3% isoflurane diluted with oxygen. Blood was collected through cardiac puncture. Hematological parameters (RBCs, WBCs, platelets, hemoglobin, MCH, MCV, and % leukocyte) were determined (Yang et al., 2019).
