Results are mean ± SE. Dose-response curves were fit and significant differences (p < 0.05) were tested in GraphPad Prism v5.0d (GraphPad Software, La Jolla, California). Regular 2-way analysis of variance was used for Figure 3, and 95% confidence limits were calculated for Figures 4 to 6. We used the D’Agostino and Pearson omnibus test for normality.
