EdU incorporation assay was performed as described previously using Cell-Light™ EdU Apollo®488 In Vitro Imaging Kit (RBbio, Guangzhou, China) [32]. EdU-labeled cells were counted in ten randomly selected fields under a fluorescent microscope.
