Protein dispersions (10 wt%) were prepared according to the method mentioned in Section 2.3. The dispersions were then centrifuged at 6000 rpm for 30 min at 25 °C. The supernatant was separately collected as soluble fraction. Both fractions were subjected to freeze-drying to prepare dried powder form of soluble and insoluble proteins for further analysis.
