For cell cycle analysis, the transfected Tcam-2 cells were collected and washed three times with cold PBS. After being fixed with 75% ethanol overnight, the cells were treated with RNAse (KeyGEN BioTECH), stained with 50 μg/mL propidium iodide, and incubated in the dark for 30 min. Cell cycle was analyzed using flow cytometry (Beckman, United States).
