Two milliliters of blood was collected from each patient from the left radial artery at four time points, including the day before the drug intervention (T0), 1 day after treatment (T1), 3 days after treatment (T2), and 5 days after treatment (T3). 15 The serum was separated by centrifugation and stored in −20℃. The supernatant contents of IL‐6, IL‐8, IL‐10, and TNF‐a were measured by Enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) according to the manufactures’ instructions. All kits were purchased from eBiosciences.
