Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0 software and GraphPad Prism 8.0. All values are presented as means ± standard deviation (SD). Student’s t test was used to determine statistical differences between two groups. The chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between GAS6-AS1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics. All the repetitive experiments were repeated three times,and p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant (∗p < 0.05, ∗∗p < 0.01, ∗∗∗p < 0. 001; n.s., no significance).
