After formulae preparation, the optimized OFI-SNEDDS formula as well as raw OFI seed oil were poured in 2% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) solution and mixed using magnetic stirrer for 30 min before experiments. The final concentration of the prepared gels was 5%W/V of OFI seed oil and an equivalent weight of the OFI seed oil of the optimized formula. The prepared gel was characterized for its viscosity using cone and plate viscometer (DV2T, Ametek Brookfield, USA) at ambient temperature.
