To comprehensively estimate prognostic ability of risk score, clinical stage, gender, age and tumor grade for 1‐, 2-, 3‐, 4‐, 5‐and 6‐year overall survival, time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves was performed to compute the area under the curve (AUC) values [32]. To construct a quantitative risk model to predicting overall survival rate, a nomogram including risk score and other clinical variables to predict 1/2/3-OS probability. Subsequently, the calibration curve which shown the prognostic value of as-constructed nomogram was developed.
