Magneto-Primed Triticale Seeds Studied by Micro-Raman Spectra
Plants (Basel), May 27, 2021; DOI: 10.3390/plants10061083

Magneto-priming was performed by placing batches of seeds into a homogeneous magnetic field with an induction of 3.72 mT (millitesla) during 10 h in an arrangement of a pair of Helmholtz coils [10]. Non-treated seeds were placed in another arrangement of Helmholtz coils during the same time but were not energized.

Seeds without magnetic treatment were labelled as A and were used as a control, magneto-primed seeds were labelled as B, batches labelled C were soaked during 5 h in 10 mL of distilled water but were not magneto-primed, and finally D-labelled treatment included both soaking and magneto-priming.
