Radioresistant DAOY-IR cells were developed as described previously [43]. Briefly, DAOY cells were repeatedly exposed to 4 Gy of X-rays. After treatment with a cumulative dose of 80 Gy, the surviving cell clones, namely DAOY-IR, were recovered and expanded.
