Wound healing was used to determine the migration ability of cells. Cells were seeded in a six-well plate at a density of 1 × 106/ml and cultured at 37°C with 5% CO2 to a cell density of 100%. A 200 μl pipette tip was used to make a straight line and incubated for 48 h. The width of the scratch was observed under a microscope (Carl Zeiss, Germany).
