The 72-h cell viability assay was carried out by seeding 2000 cells/well of Ba/F3 cells into black, clear-bottom, 96-well plates. On the same day, serially diluted drugs were added to the cells and incubated for 72 h. After drug treatment, we measured cell viability using the CellTiter-Glo assay (Promega) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. GraphPad Prism version 8.0 (GraphPad software) was used to analyze the data. The IC50 was determined using a nonlinear regression model with a sigmoidal dose response in GraphPad.
