The copper samples certified to be 99.99% pure obtained from Sofıa Med Ad, Bulgaria, were utilized as test specimens. The test specimens’ working surface was abraded by SiC papers ranging from 360 to 2000 grit, degreased with alcohol and subsequently washed with distilled water.
