In this study, the quality of the included studies was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment Scale for the cross-sectional study [30]. The scale has three components. The first component mainly assessed the methodological quality of each study and graded from five points. The second component graded from two points and mainly focused on the comparability of studies. The third component of the tool focused on the outcomes and statistical analysis of each article and graded from three points. Two investigators (AW and GG) assessed the quality of each study and studies with a scale of six and above six out of 10 scales were determined as high quality.
