All the data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software. Normally distributed measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD). One-way analysis of variance was used for the overall comparison of the data among three groups, and least-significant difference (LSD) was used for further pairwise comparison of the data between groups and within the group. Non-normally distributed measurement data were expressed as median (interquartile range) and rank-sum test was used for comparison between two groups. The categorical data was expressed as rate (%), and the chi-square test was used for comparison between groups. The correlation analysis was performed by Pearson correlation analysis or Spearman rank correlation analysis. The influencing factors of T2DM complicated with hypothyroidism were analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression analysis. P < .05 was considered statistically significant.
