Following the EP6-A guideline published by the CLSI,[12] the concentrations of L-Series standard solutions (L1-L5, known concentrations of 15.84 U/ml, 120.34 U/ml, 224.83 U/ml, 329.33 U/ml and 433.82 U/ml, respectively) were detected by the testing kit. All raw fluorescence intensity data were converted into corresponding concentrations through the calibration curve and a scatter diagram was made (X: theoretical concentration, Y: instrumental concentration). Then, multiple regression models were applied to analyze the linear range.
