Cell viability assays were performed as described previously [26]. The GSCs were seeded into 96-well plates at a density of 1 × 103 cells/well and incubated for 0, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 h. The cell viability was then detected via the CellTiter 96® Aqueous Non-Radioactive Cell Proliferation Assay Kit (Promega, Madison, WI, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
