The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare differences in tumour volumes between CT-MRI and MRI. The Brown-Forsythe test was used to assess differences in the variance of the distances, ΣD2, between patients, imaging conditions and to determine the validity of pooling standard deviation data.

All tests were two-tailed and with significance level of 0.05. P-values were modified to compensate for multiple comparisons using the Bonferroni-Holm correction. All analyses and data processing were carried out in MatLab R2019a.
