Seventy clinical samples from glioma patients were collected from January 2007 to January 2012 at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. There were 20 samples of grade II, 25 samples of grade III, and 25 samples of grade IV glioma. Besides, adjacent brain tissues from ten of those patients were collected as normal control group. Clinical information including molecular subtypes of glioma such as IDH status, 1p/19q status, H3F3A status, and MGMT status for these samples is outlined in Table 1. This study had obtained the approval of the ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, and every patient wrote informed consent.

Relationship of circATP5B expression to clinical features of glioma patients
