Statistical analysis was fulfilled with SPSS 25.0 software (SPSS, Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). All experiments were fulfilled at least in triplicates. The quantitative data were presented as mean ± SEM. Significant between-group differences were estimated with one-way ANOVA or Wilcoxon test, as appropriate. The logistic regression analysis was used to confirm the cut-off value of miR-665. Spearman’s correlation analysis was used to assess the relationship between miR-665 and TRIM8 in human LUSC tissues. The χ2 test was used to analyze the relationship between miR-665 expression and clinicopathological parameters. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
