The viability of lung cancer cells was evaluated using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8, Beyotime, Shanghai, China). Lung cancer cells were plated into 96-well plates and cultured at 37°C in an incubator for 24, 48, and 72 h. A total of 10 μL CCK8 reagent was loaded onto each well, and cells were cultured for another 3 h. The optical density (OD) value at 450 nm was detected to assess the cell viability.
