Total RNA was isolated from tissues or A549 and H1299 cells after transfection with the help of TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen Inc., Carlsbad, CA, USA). Total RNA concentration and purity were assessed using a NanoDrop ND-2000 (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Waltham, MA, USA), and RNA integrity was verified using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA). Total RNA was dephosphorylated, denatured, and labeled with cyan-3-CTP. Oebiotech (Shanghai, China) was commissioned to perform miRNA microarray assays. Labeled RNA samples were competitively hybridized to miRNA microarray (Agilent Human miRNA microarray, Design ID: 070156). After being washed, the microarray was scanned with an Agilent scanner G2505C (Agilent Technologies).
