SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data. The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. They presented a normal distribution according to Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and the comparison between the two groups was conducted by unpaired Student’s t test. The count data was expressed as the number of cases (constituent ratio), and the comparison between the two groups was performed by chi-squared test. One-way ANOVA was employed to compare these three groups, and p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.9
