A total of 40 male SD rats (weighing, 250-280 g; age, 8 weeks) were obtained from the experimental animal center of Harbin Medical University, and kept at the Key Laboratory Of Molecular Imaging (Harbin, China). Rats were acclimated for 7 days prior to the surgeries and were provided with unrestricted access to food and water at room temperature (22-26°C) at 10-30% humidity. Animals were performed according to guidelines approved by the Institutional Experimental Animal Care and Ethics Committee of Harbin Medical University (Harbin, China) and with approval from the Harbin Medical University Ethics Review Board.
