This was a single center retrospective study. We included data from all patients with positive 16S PCR results in the Strasbourg University Hospital laboratory from 2014 to 2018. According to the French legislation (Jardé law, N°2016–800), we sought for the non-opposition of all patients. The Strasbourg Hospital Ethic Committee approved this study (reference FC/dossier 2019–27).
